General
terms and conditions of employment based on the labor law of both countries,
will be standard provision in the employment contract as follows:
1. Term of contract : One year term or up to the Jobs or the Projects.
2. Probation period : Two months after arrival at the destination country.
3. Working hours : Regular 8 hours a day, 6 days per week, 26 days per
month.
4. Monthly salary : May be adjusted according to working hours by both
employer and employee.
5. Holiday and Leave : Public holidays are subjected to the local practices.
6. Medical and insurance : Medical treatment, accident and life insurance
of workers will be arranged by employer.
7. Board and lodging : Accommodation and 3 meals daily should be provided
by the employer.
8. Transportation : Should be provided by the Employer.
9. Employment Contract : Must be signed directly between employer and
employee and must approved by the Department of Employment, Ministry
of Labour and Social Welfare.
10. Payment : Punctual payment on time is every one’s wish with USD
$ or Local Currency.
11. Overtime : 150 % after the 8 Regular working hours.
200 % on Holiday.
12. Visa : The sponsorship and employment visa are under the employer’s
Responsibility.
13. Location : The country of the job site.
