PROCEDURE OF RECRUITMENT AND DOCUMENTATION
The following documents
are required when an employer appoints us as his recruiting agent
and all these documents have to be attested by employer’s authorities,
be it Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Ministry and Thai Labor Attache
Office or Thai Embassy, whichever as it may require.
POWER OF ATTORNEY:
This Power of Attorney
is required to register us as your representative and enable us
to proceed on employment applications, workers selection, signing
employment contract with the workers on employer’s behalf, amending
document (if any) etc. as though the employer has proceeded such
the same person. Specific cases that may be authorized to us must
be also stated.
LETTER OF DEMAND
With the above POA.
A Letter of Demand is also required for every new demand. It must
be typed in English on an employer’s letterhead. It should state
very clearly conditions of employment. Salary or wage rata for each
position which should be on level with Thai Labor Ministry, Salary
or Wage Scale, also stating for each position the number of workers
required. Particular qualification and experience. If required,
such as sex, age, reduction and followed by job description in details.
EMPLOYER’S OBLIGATIONS :
1. To provide Power
of Attorney, Letter of Demand, Employment Contract, accompanied
with other employer’s status documents which mainly are employing
company’s registration and approval from employer’s county authorities
to permit foreign worker employment to WPSP for submission to Thai
Labor Ministry for primary approval.
2. To coordinate with us while recruitment in process and help us
through formalities at both ends until workers’ arrival at country
of work
OUR OBLIGATIONS :
1.
Registration of Power of Attorney, Letter of Demand and Employment
contract with Thai Labor Ministry.
2. In the meantime, we’ll source the candidates to fulfill the Letter
of Demand of the Employer by:

Our ex-workers in our database.
- The recommendation of our Consultants or Experts.
- Advertisement in newspaper.
3.
Screening and short-listing of applicants.
4. Interviewing candidates by Employer & or the expert of each
trade.
5. Trade tested at a Technical institute or at Testing Center, which
is approved by Thai Labour Department.
6. Final selection.
7. Complete medical examination of selected candidates.
8. Submit all documents needed to the Embassy or Consular to have
the visa in passport or NOC visa.
9. Confirm with employer’s office of the departure schedule.
10. Arranging for orientation and pre-departure brief by Thai Labor
officers.
11. Any other service as may be required by Employer.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT:
A
copy of Employment Contract between an
employer and employees is required for scrutiny by Thai Labor ministry.
The compulsory terms and condition are:
- Period of Employment.
- Date of Validity and Expiry of Employment contract, including
the renewal of contract. If any.
- Working Day, Time and Hour.
- Weekly Holidays and Annual Vacation.
- Day and Place of Payment of Salary, Wage. Overtime. Holiday
Work and Tax payment.
- Medical Services or Reimbursement.
- Travelling Expenses.
- Meals and Accommodation.
- Locality of the Country where workers work.
- Other agreement terms, which are not mentioned in the Employment
Contract, shall be in accordance with the existing Labor Law of
the country of work.
IMMIGRATION APPROVAL DOCUMENT:
Employer has to
submit any kind of document to prove that the employer has been
permitted to bring in the required workers to work in his country.
SERVICES
AGREEMENT:
An agreement that we sign directly with the employer for recruitment
must state:
- Name and site of Employer’s company.
- Place where workers will travel to for employment.
- Name and position of authorized person who signs contract on
employer’s behalf with Employment Licensee.
