Scope
of Services
1.
WPSP shall provide and make available to Owner (Main contractor)
the services of its qualified Thailand personnel if and when expressly
required by Owner (Main contractor) in connection with the execution
of Project.
2. Any request by Owner (Main contractor) to WPSP to provide the
Services shall be in writing and shall specify the number of personnel
required, the relevant qualifications, category and skill, commencement
and estimated duration of Services. WPSP shall satisfy such Request
with the utmost dispatch and in full compliance with the terms
thereof. In any case the personnel required shall be made available
by WPSP within 10 working days from receipt of Visa Documentation.
3.
Owner (Main contractor) shall decide at its own discretion if
and when to make a Request and the content thereof, including
the number and qualification of personnel required for the Service
and the duration thereof.
WPSP’S
Duties
1.
Take all necessary actions in order to obtain for its personnel,
in a timely manner, entry to countries.
2. Prior to the mobilization, carry out all necessary medical
examination on each of its personnel and make sure that they are
properly qualified and trained for the Services for which the
are employed. Proceed to the required vaccination for the personnel
selected.
3. Prior to mobilization, brief its personnel about the Project
site conditions, climate, health hazards and about the social,
cultural and political background of Libya.
4.
Prior to the mobilization, brief its personnel about the laws,
rules and regulations in force in Libya and all risks and consequences
associated with the non-compliance thereof.
5.
Take all necessary actions in order to obtain all the necessary
documentation from Thailand governmental institutions to allow
the mobilization of its personnel to Libya.
6. Provide, when requested by Owner (Main contractor) at Company’s
charge, return airplane tickets in economy class for its personnel
to be transferred to (Country).
7.
At its own cost and care, prepare and manage the payrolls and
directly pay the salaries to all its personnel selected and employed
for the project.
8.
Bear any and all expenses for social security insurance, fees
and the like requested by Thailand Government.
9.
If reckon necessary by Owner (Main contractor), WPSP shall provide
a representative to be assigned to the Project site in order to
coordinate with both Owner (Main contractor)’ staff on the Project
site and WPSP.
10.
WPSP representative will take all reasonable precautions to prevent
any disorderly conduct by or among its personnel on the Project
site and adopt such measures, and may be reasonable, in order
to preserve and protect persons and property therein from injury
or damage.
11.
WPSP representative will enforce among Owner (Main contractor)
personnel the compliance with the safety rules adopted on the
Project site and/or imposed by Owner (Main contractor).
12.
Wpsp will put the maximum effort in order to keep the personnel
selected available as long as possible for Owner (Main contractor)
assignment. If a worker manifests his intention to change for
other company, WPSP shall immediately inform Owner (Main contractor)
in order to find a common solution suitable to retain the worker.
13.
WPSP shall take care and ensure that the CV’s, submitted to Owner
(Main contractor), represent exactly the working experience and
characteristics of each worker.
