HOW
DO WE FULFILL YOUR REQUIRMENTS ?
If you are interest to employ high qualified Thai employees to work
at your factories or your construction projects, we shall be glad to
act as your manpower agent.
We
follow the below mentioned procedures.
1.
Recruitment : We of World Power Services & Placement Co., Ltd. recruit
all categories of Thai employees according to your requirement, all
applicants will be required to first proceed for examinations regarding
their back ground experiences, health and physical conditions, nature
and habits, only who can pass the high standard required examinations
satisfactory, will be recruit and offered to your esteemed company.
2. Skilled level test : Skilled test for technicians and other skilled
employees will done by The Trade Test Institute which holding the license
by both The Department Employment, Ministry of Labour and The Ministry
of Education.
The testing procedures are standard, or in accordance with specified
requirement from your company.
3. Medical examination : The medical clearance documentation, completed
the international check-up, health and physical, eye sight, color bind,
v. d. r. l., Aid’s, blood group and pressure, malaria tests, chest x-ray.
Any extra specific medical examination required by the employer can
also be arranged
4. Passport & vaccination certificate : We will arranged the passport
and the International
vaccination certificate(s) of the successful candidate(s).
5.
Entry visa : The entry visas for those selected employees should be
arranged by the employer at his own expenses. As soon as we received
all necessary documents from employment side, We shall submit their
passports to the Embassy/ Consulate in Bangkok or the nearest Embassy/
Consulate in the region, to obtain the official visas.
6.Orientation program : Prospective employees are required to attend
a comprehensive orientation program conduct by World Power Services
& Placement Co., Ltd. personnel and the Department of Employment,
Ministry of Labour in Thailand. This orientation course prepared the
employees to be familiar with international working environment. This
program includes background information of the host country, local laws
and employer profile and policy.
7. Dispatching to the place of employment : We arrange all necessary
documents to dispatch the
employees to the country of employment, including personnel file, medical
clearance, police clearance ( if required).
8. Guarantees : We guarantee that the workers dispatched to the employer
are qualified, well disciplined/ reliable and agree to repatriate and
replace (including airfares) the employee(s) who are unsuitable for
the work which he was selected. This guarantee will remain until the
probation Period (90 days) from the arrival date of the employee(s)
in the country of employment.
